Reference for https://ip-ac12141d:1903/ProjectService1.svc/PutTaskAssignmentsForResource

Put the specified resource to be assigned to the provided tasks on the provided Project removing assignments from any tasks not specified. The resources existing assignments will be replaced for the Project. The resource will immediately be assigned to the project's team if they previously were not, even if taskUri is a task draft.
